After building an award-winning agency, we decided to change things up a bit…
So we created Pepper Plans™.

- Easy to find online
- Looks good on phones & tablets

- Saves you time!
And a dedicated webmaster on your team that knows you and your business.
Start growing your business now and simply pay over 24-months instead of all upfront. Setup fee: $999 or $1,499 for large and eCommerce sites.

Sounds great so far, but I have a question:
What is included in the Standard Website Care Plan?
- Managed Hosting on our Secure Server
- SSL Certificate (https://)
- WordPress Updates – Core and Plugins
- Website Recovery (daily backups)
- Comment & Database Optimization
- Uptime Monitoring, we are alerted if your site goes down
- Security Monitoring
- Monthly Performance Scan
- Email Support Ticket Desk
- 2 Support Tasks (each under 15 mins) included
* monthly support time does not rollover
- Monthly Maintenance Report w/Google Analytics
What happens after the 24-month commitment?
You have 2 options:
#1: Sign up again. By signing up for another 24-month commitment with your existing and/or new add-ons, you will get a website refresh to bring your website up to current standards. Licensing fee renewals included.
#2: Keep your current site and move on to a Website Care Plan – Your website will NOT get a refresh, but you will continue to have your website maintained and access to our dedicated team.
What happens if I want to cancel early?
If you cancel before the end of your agreement there is a 50% cancellation fee of the remaining balance. Upon cancellation, we will begin the off-boarding process that includes a full backup of your website. If you require us to provide technical support to your new hosting providers or do some of the work moving your website, it will be billable. Please note that it will be up to you to continue paying the yearly plugin license fees.
Can I use my own hosting provider?
We only work on websites that are hosted with us. In other words, the only websites on our servers are those that we have developed and are currently maintaining. This provides a safe and reliable environment for all of our clients’ sites.
Do you manage email accounts?
No. We will update our servers DNS records so that you can continue using your current email provider. We highly recommend you choose an email provider that is separate from your website for security reasons. We can help you get set up on Google G Suite or Office 365, our recommended email suppliers.
Ask us for our G Suite discount code to save 20% off the first year for Basic or Business.
